Job Description :
- Reviewing corporate and commercial agreements of the group as well as providing professional advice and consultation on legal matters
- Drafting, Reviewing and providing advice on various legal documentation and contracts
- Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- 3-5 years in legal, business legal, legal consultant
- Understanding of B2B marketplace dynamics and industrial sector
- Business acumen ability
- Knowledge and experience in latest Indonesian law
- Demonstrate in attention to detail and sense of legal risk awareness
- Experience in advising non-legal persons on legal risks
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
